For some reason most vehicle manufacturers leave loads of vital parts of vehicles exposed on the underside, when it comes to off-roading these bits are even more at risk and there’s only 1 thing worse than a breakdown - a breakdown in the literal middle of nowhere.
 
The ARB Under Vehicle Protection (UVP) system for the Ford Ranger is designed to safeguard critical components from off-road hazards such as rocks, ruts, and debris. It includes three precision-engineered panels and a rear cross member for complete underbody coverage.
 
Protecting main areas such as your Engine, Gearbox, Transfer Case and Steering components.
It’s a laser cut, pressed and folded 3mm pretty piece of steel (stronger than folded steel alone & optimises strength to weight ratio). Each panel is built with a 3mm return edge, increasing strength and durability even further.
 
This system comprises of 3 panels and a rear crossmember which mount securely to the chassis, with recessed mounting bolts to allow for easy removal when servicing calls. Each element is zinc plated and powder coated in a textured silver finish.
